On March 11th, Banimmo has inaugurated the new Galerie Bagatelle in Suresnes. This gallery covers a total area of about 5,300 sqm (4,700 sqm lettable area) and it reinforces and completes the pedestrian city centre of Suresnes with a dynamic commercial offer. The renovation of this gallery will strengthen the attractiveness of the city centre by offering proximity and high quality retail shops. The gallery is clustered around the Monoprix, which occupies approximately 2,400 sqm, and a dozen retailers, such as Okaidi, Camaieu, Nocibé or Au Bureau, complete the local offer.
As a reminder, when Banimmo had acquired this gallery in June 2012, the site was closed for many years. The location of the gallery, in the extension of the city-centre, was however strategic and Banimmo began its renovation and extension in September 2012. Works were completed in early March of this year, in accordance with the fixed schedule.
Beside the renovation works, Banimmo has also realized the commercialization of the site. The location and the quality of the renovation works have allowed Banimmo to rent all the areas before the opening and thus achieving an occupancy rate of 100%.
With this new operation, Banimmo confirms its expertize in repositioning retail galleries in France.

Currently the company is held by the SIIC Affine (49.51%) and the management (23.27%). The remainder (27.22%) is in public hands.
