ATENOR GROUP has signed a sales agreement of the UP35 building, the last of the 4 office buildings of the UP-site project, to INASTI (The National Institute of Social Insurance for Independent Workers). This property comprises 10,000 m2 of offices, 645 m2 archiving space and 50 parking spaces. The transaction is subject to the positive conclusion of the due diligence, and should therefore be finalized in June or July 2014.
This transaction will positively contribute to Atenor Group's 2014 results.
The sale of the last available office building reaffirms the commercial success of the UP-site project, as all of the offices (29,485 m2 in total, spread across four buildings) have already found buyers.
The completion date for the construction of all the UP-site buildings is expected by June 2014.
As a reminder: the complex meets the highest environmental standards and is part of a hybrid project which also consists of 357 apartments (including the residential tower, a landmark for the UP-site) and 1,650 m2 of retail. The commercialization of the residential part has also been very successful, as over 70% of the apartments are already reserved or sold.
