Following up on the published press releases with respect to Atenor's offer pertaining to the two buildings situated at Avenue de Beaulieu 5-7 and 9-11, Auderghem (Brussels), Immo-Beaulieu and Atenor hereby announce that they have mutually agreed not to continue the discussions
