HALF-YEAR RESULTS 2017
La Hulpe, 31 August 2017
We finish the first half of 2017 with a consolidated net result of €16.75 million. This result has been generated principally by the sale of the Vaci Greens buildings (A and B) and the margin generated on pre-sold projects, both office and residential.
This year again, the business portfolio,
which has 17 projects spread over 10 cities, provides a diversification of sources of revenue and the visibility of future results.
