The Board of Directors of 29 August 2018 decided to acquire 150,000 shares via a subsidiary to create in order to put in place a new stock option plan as from 2019.

De Raad van Bestuur van 29 augustus 2018 heeft besloten 150.000 aandelen te verwerven via een dochteronderneming die zou worden opgericht om een nieuw aandelenoptieplan vanaf 2019 op te zetten.
