HALF-YEAR RESULTS 2020

We're ending the first semester with a result of €19.62 million compared to the result of €6.3 million recorded for the first semester of 2019. This result stems from the margins generated by sold and presold projects, whether office (notably by the The One building) or residential, and from the rental incomes from offices in our portfolio.

ATENOR's presence in several countries with different profiles made it possible to limit the impacts of the health crisis in the first semester. The pursuit of the health crisis and the announced economic crisis could have an impact on the issuing of new permits and on project marketing, with major transactions postponed until 2021 and 2022.

On the basis of the transactions already concluded, ATENOR's annual result should amount to at least €20 million. At this stage, and on the basis of contacts in progress, ATENOR should achieve in 2020 a comparable result to the one of 2019.
