2022 HALF-YEAR RESULTS

◊ HALF-YEAR RESULT:

€ 9 million, in line with our expectations.

◊ ACTIVITIES REPORT: (VALUE CREATION CYCLE)

• Building permit applications and obtaining of permits in accordance with expectations;
• Office rentals: above expectations;
• Flat sales: 125 flats, predictable slowdowns.

◊ ASSESSMENT: EXTENSION OF "GREEN" FUNDING: Green Retail Bond and bank financing. 28% (as of 30.06.2022) Vs 13% (as of 31.12.2021).

◊ DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIO: 32 projects totalling some 1,300,000 m².

◊ DIVIDEND POLICY:

Planned continuation of the dividend policy.
