CAPITAL INCREASE – NEW DENOMINATOR

La Hulpe, 30 November 2023 (8:00 am CET)

Notification in accordance with article 15 of the act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers the shares of which are admitted to trading on a regulated market and of miscellaneous provisions (transparency act).

Following the closing of the capital increases today, ATENOR's capital has been increased to EUR 257,563,853.72.

The capital is represented by 43,739,703 shares with no nominal value, each carrying one voting right at the general meeting. This number of shares is the total number of securities conferring voting rights (only ordinary shares) and the total number of voting rights (only linked to ordinary shares) and will be used as the denominator in the calculation of whether statutory or legal thresholds have been reached, exceeded or breached.

As a reminder, article 9 of ATENOR's Articles of Association contains an additional threshold of 3% to the legal thresholds. The persons concerned are invited to make any necessary notifications.
