Ageas and BlackRock: Transparency notification
In accordance with the rules on financial transparency*, BlackRock has notified Ageas on 27 November 2019 that, on 25 November 2019, its interest has exceeded the legal threshold of 5% of the shares issued by Ageas. Its current total shareholding stands at 5.05%.
