Conformément aux règles de transparence financière*, BlackRock a introduit le 21 septembre 2020 une notification annonçant que, le 18 septembre 2020, sa participation a franchi à la hausse le seuil légal de 5% des actions émises par Ageas dans la section 10A et atteint au total 5,26%.
