Notification relating to article 15 of the Act of 2 May 2007

Following the mergers of the SA Terinvest and the limited partnership Kasteelhof-Futuro with the SA Aedifica1 , 11,837 new shares2 Aedifica were issued. As a result, the total number of Aedifica shares now amounts to 9,903,690. Each share confers a right to vote in the General Meeting, and the total number of shares represents the denominator for notification purposes in the context of the transparency regulation. Upon completion of this acquisition, the total capital of Aedifica amounts to €254,292,531.52.
