Following the contribution in kind of the plot of land and the bare ownership of the building located in Opwijk1 that occurred today, 2 October 2015, 19,856 new Aedifica shares2 were issued. As a result, the total number of Aedifica shares now amounts to 14,065,787. Each share confers a right to vote in the General Meeting, and the total number of shares represents the denominator for notification purposes in the context of the transparency regulation. Upon completion of this acquisition, the total capital of Aedifica amounts to €371,164,946.34.
