1. Summary of the notification

Pursuant to Article 14, 1st paragraph, of the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings, Aedifica SA/NV announces that it has received a transparency notification dated 18 December 2017 from BlackRock, Inc. (having its registered offices at 55 East 52nd Street, New York, NY, 10055, USA).

BlackRock, Inc. has notified that its shareholding (taking into account the holding of its affiliates) in Aedifica SA/NV has increased and has crossed the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on 15 December 2017.
