The board of directors of 4Energy Invest invites the company's shareholders and warrant holders to attend the annual and extraordinary general shareholders' meeting, which will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 10.00 a.m. at the Company's registered office or at such other place as will be indicated at that place at that time.
