Nordika Blue AB ("Nordika"), a closely associated company to primary insider and board member in KMC Properties ASA ("KMC Properties"), Jonas Grandér, has on 14 February 2025, sold 10,000,000 shares in KMC Properties at an average price of NOK 0.1987 per share. Following this transaction, Nordika holds 62,608,696 shares in KMC Properties, representing 15.02 percent of the total outstanding shares of the company.

Nordika Förvaltning AB is as the manager the disclosing party on an aggregated level and the controlling entity of Nordika. The shares are effectively held by Flugfiskaren AB, a subsidiary of Nordika.
