Reference is made to the 2024 Q4 Quarterly Report published by Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) yesteday, 13 February 2025.

Key information relating to the proposed cash dividend paid by the Company for 2024, subject to approval from the General Meeting on April 25, 2025:

• Dividend amount: NOK 2.5 per share

• Last day including right to dividends: 25 April 2025

• Ex-date: 28 April 2025

• Record date: 29 April 2025

• Payment date: 7 May 2025

The dividend will be structured as a repayment of paid-in capital.
