National Power Transmission Company Transelectrica informs the shareholders and the investing public that it has taken notice of the sentence no. 110/07.11.2024 ruled by Bucharest Court of Appeal - Civil Section V in file no. 4852/2/2024, where the Company is plaintiff in contradiction with defendant STAICU Mircea Cristian, having as subject – the admission of the action of cancelation and dissolution in part of the arbitral award ruled on 14.06.2024, in file no. ARB – 5736 of the Arbitral Court within Vienna Arbitration International Centre1 .

Thus, by civil sentence no. 110/07.11.2024, in file no. 4852/2/2024, Bucharest Court of Appeal - Civil Section V rejects as groundless the action in annulment of the arbitral award, made by the Company against arbitral sentence from 14.06.2024 ruled in file no. ARB-5736 by Arbitral Court within Vienna Arbitration International Centre in contradiction with defendant STAICU Mircea Cristian. With right of appeal in 30 days from notification, the request to exercise the appeal will be submitted to Bucharest Court of Appeal - civil section V.
