Eurotech: publication of the information document on a transaction of greater significance with a related party

Amaro (Italy), 12 February 2025 – Eurotech S.p.A. Eurotech S.p.A., following up on what was announced on February 5, announces that it is now available at the registered office, on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (Investors / Corporate Governance / Governance Documents section), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism www..it, the information document regarding the transaction of greater significance with the related party Emera S.r.l. (prepared in accordance with Annex 4 of the Consob Regulation approved by resolution no. 17221/2010, as subsequently amended and supplemented), to which the opinion of the Related Parties Committee is attached.
