In accordance with the provisions of article no. 77 of Law no. 24/2017 regarding issuers of financial instruments and market operations, Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, in the framework of the public purchase offer held between 12.11.2024 and 25.11.2024 (ASF Decision no. 1123/06.11.2024), it purchased 45,000,000 own shares representing 9.4737% of the share capital.

Thus, at the present time, the Company owns a number of 46,857,361 own shares representing 9.8647% of the share capital.

During the period of their holding by the Company, the 46,857,361 shares do not give the right to a dividend and have suspended voting rights.
