Patria Bank S.A. informs investors that in file no. 8937/3/2023 pending before the Bucharest Court of Appeal, having as object the appeal filed by Mr. Ilie Carabulea, against the civil sentence nr. 3157 pronounced by the Bucharest Court on 20.12.2023, which concerned the application for summons filed by the plaintiff Ilie Carabulea – obligation to do ("obligatie de a face"), the decision by which the appeal was rejected as unfounded was pronounced on 27.06.2024
