OMV Petrom SA anunta actionarii si investitorii ca Raportul continand rezultatele consolidate ale Grupului Petrom pentru trimestrul al treilea si perioada ianuarie – septembrie 2012, intocmit in conformitate cu Standardele Internationale de Raportare Financiara, va fi disponibil pe site-ul www.petrom.com, sectiunea Relatia cu investitorii, si la Bursa de Valori Bucureşti incepand cu data de 7 noiembrie 2012, ora 8:30 (ora locala), simultan cu publicarea rezultatelor OMV la Bursa din Viena si pe siteul www.omv.com.

Situațiile financiare sunt neauditate. Acestea sunt disponibile şi la sediul nostru din Bucuresti, str. Coralilor nr. 22, sector 1 ("Petrom City").

OMV Petrom SA announces its shareholders and investors that the Petrom Group's consolidated results for the third quarter and January – September 2012 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.petrom.com, Investor Relations section and at the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting with November 7, 2012, 8:30 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV Results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.

The financial statements are unaudited. They are also available at our headquarters in Bucharest, 22 Coralilor street, district 1 ("Petrom City").
