Event to report – Moody's confirms again the Company's rating Baa3, stable perspective

The National Power Transmission Company "Transelectrica" S.A. informs the shareholders and the interested parties that the International Rating Agency Moody's Investors Service has reconfirmed to the Company the long term rating, namely Baa3 with a stable perspective.

The quality of Transelectrica's credit ("Baa3" – "Investment-grade") is uphold by the low risk profile of the Company as the only operator that provides the electrical energy transmission service in Romania, the consistent implementation of key principles within a regulatory system that upholds the credit, by a strong financial profile, low debt and solid financial performance.
