SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that, according to the information available on the Courts Portal, in the court file no. 337/108/2020, having as object the action for finding and suspending the voting rights, filed by the plaintiff Flaros SA, the Tribunal of Arad acknowledged the waiver filed by the plaintiff Flaros SA, in contradiction with the defendants in the case, and compelled the plaintiff to payment of costs.
