2021 PRELIMINARY FINANCIAL RESULTS

The company assets as of 31.12.2021 (according to the FSA Regulation no. 9/2014) amount to 2,422,592,329 lei - increasing by 17.54% compared to 31.12.2020 (2,061,083,057 lei).

The share portfolio under management, assessed in compliance with the provisions of the FSA Regulations no.9/2014 and 2/2018, had a market value of 2,377,459,052 lei, increasing by 18.01% compared to 31.12.2020, mainly due to recorded decreases made on the capital market in the share prices.

The number of portfolio companies as of 31.12.2021 is 40, compared to 42 as of 31.12.2020. The nominal value of the share portfolio under management is 611,076,520 lei, the market value is 2,377,459,052 lei, higher by 289.06% than the nominal value and represents 98.14% of the managed assets.

The net profit recorded as of 31.12.2021 is 37,550,738 lei, higher by 30.69% than the one proposed by IEB (28,731,660 lei).

According to the provisions of IFRS 9 applicable as from 01.01.2018, the results related to the transactions with financial assets assessed at fair value through other items of the overall result are reflected in retained earnings.
