Event to report – Moody's confirms the Baa3 rating, stable outlook

National Power Transmission Company Transelectrica informs the shareholders and the interested parties that on 20.01.2025 it was notified that International Rating Agency Moody's Investors Service published the long term rating affirmation "Baa3", also keeping the outlook stable.

The affirmation of "Baa3" long term rating ("Investment-grade") reflects the low risk profile of the company as the only operator which ensures the electricity transmission service in Romania, supported by the consistent implementation of key principles within a regulatory regime that favors the credit, by performance and financial stability together with a low level of financial debt.
