The company MECANICA CEAHLAU SA informs the investors that it has been communicated a request to sue, file no. 1585/103/2019, registered to Neamt Court, in contradiction with ACG SHIELD GROUP SRL as a creditor, having as object the opening of the insolvency procedure at the request of the creditor, having a trial date as 25.09.2019 (term which can be found on the http://portal.just.ro website, the summons in this regard, was not communicated to us)

As a result of the payment made by the company MECANICA CEAHLAU SA of the debit requested by the creditor, it follows that at the above term (25.09.2019), the court will find that the action in the file no. 1585/103/2019 remained without object, pursuant to art. 72 paragraph 5 of Law 85/2014.

Regarding the status of the above mentioned file MECANICA CEAHLAU S.A. will inform the general public and investors in a timely manner.
