4Energy Invest, the renewable energy company focused on valorising biomass into energy, announces that its Board of Directors co-opted VEM BVBA, represented by Philiep Van Eeckhout as Director. The Board of Director's seat had become vacant following the resignation of Gerd Smeets as Director. The nomination will be subject to confirmation at the next general meeting of shareholders of 4Energy Invest.
