TERACT FINALIZES THE ACQUISITION OF BOULANGERIE LOUISE

Paris, December 1st, 2022, 7:00 a.m. TERACT (ISIN: FR001400BMH7, Mnemonic: TRACT). Following the authorization of the French Competition Authority, TERACT has finalized, today, the exclusive takeover of Boulangerie Louise. TERACT holds 74.56% of the capital of Boulangerie Louise, its founder Laurent Menissez retaining the balance.

Boulangerie Louise is the leading player in artisanal baking in the North and North-West of France. Third network in France, Boulangerie Louise has more than 1,500 employees in 129 artisan bakeries. Boulangerie Louise generated revenue of €88 million at the end of 2021 and will be fully consolidated from December 1st, 2022.

TERACT has an objective to make Boulangerie Louise a national leader in artisanal bakery and has an ambition with a major development and consolidation plan as part of a dynamic of creating a sustainable sector. Boulangerie Louise will also be a main asset in the development of the new food concept integrating artisanal bakeries.
