2CRSi announces the sale of 10 servers for 4M USD.

Strasbourg (France), November 29, 2023 - 2CRSi (ISIN code: FR0013341781), designer and manufacturer of energy-efficient high-performance computing solutions, announces the sale of 10 of its Atlas 1.8GG servers for USD 4 million, list price, with a US company to support its leap into the high-performance computing and artificial intelligence markets.

This customer specializes in the hosting and deployment of data centers, with over 15 sites in North America and Canada. In its market, the company sets itself apart by its requirement to reduce its carbon footprint, in particular by powering its infrastructures with blocked, surplus or unused energy, which is on the network in remote or off-grid locations.

It has also distinguished itself in the field of high-density computing, with the successful deployment of innovative systems dedicated to computation, artificial intelligence and Web3. Thanks to this ongoing commitment to sustainable innovation, the company is strengthening its capabilities in GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) computing servers, which are essential to the development and operation of cutting-edge algorithms such as Artificial Intelligence.

Since 2017, 2CRSi has developed a range of computer servers specially adapted to single-phase immersion cooling technologies.

Since 2021, 2CRSi has developed products specially adapted to two-phase cooling. Indeed, the increasing energy consumption of components specialized for AI requires a new class of computer servers, capable of dissipating the energy emitted by these components.

The servers sold each feature two AMD EPYC™ "Genoa" processors, eight NVIDIA® H100 80GB PCIe cards and two NVIDIA® ConnectX-7 400Gbps network cards, all installed in a 1U-high 2CRSi Atlas 1.8GG chassis, for a power consumption of over 3500W per server. This density is a new record. It makes a 66U "two-phase tank" with a thermal capacity of 250kW profitable.

In addition to this order, which will be delivered in the coming weeks, the customer has confirmed an intention to rapidly order a further 50 "Atlas 1.8GG" servers, as well as 240 "Godì 1.8SR-NV8" servers. 2CRSi is currently negotiating with NVIDIA® to obtain the component allocations needed to turn its order intentions into reality.
