SATISFACTION OF CONDITIONS FOR CONDITIONAL MARKET
29Metals Limited (ACN 650 096 094) (‘ 29Metals ’ or, the ‘ Company ’) advises that the conditions for the conditional market under the prospectus lodged by 29Metals with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Monday, 21 June 2021 (“ Prospectus ”), have been satisfied, namely:
-
completion of the Restructure; and
-
issue and transfer of shares to successful Applicants under the Offer.
Shares will trade on the ASX on a normal settlement basis from 10:00am (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 7 July 2021.
29Metals confirms that dispatch of holding statements will take place on Thursday, 8 July 2021.
Capitalised terms used, but not been otherwise defined, in this release have the meaning given to them in the Prospectus.
