Notification of Date of 2025 Annual General Meeting

29Metals Limited (‘ 29Metals ’ or, the ‘ Company ’) advises that its 2025 Annual General Meeting (‘ AGM ’) will be held on Friday, 23 May 2025.

The details of the time, venue and the items of business for the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting for the AGM which is expected to be dispatched in late-April 2025. The 2025 AGM will be conducted as a hybrid meeting to maximise the opportunity for shareholders to participate, either in person in Melbourne or via technology.

The closing date for nomination for persons to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Tuesday, 18 March 2025.
