Notification of Date of Annual General Meeting
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, 29Metals Limited (‘ 29Metals ’ or, the ‘ Company ’) advises that the Annual General Meeting (‘ AGM ’) will be held on Tuesday, 24 May 2022.
The details of the time, venue and the items of business for the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting for the AGM which is expected to be dispatched on or around Thursday, 21 April 2022.
The closing date for nomination for persons to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Thursday, 17 March 2022.
