Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs investors and shareholders that organizes on 29.02.2024, 12 o'clock, at the address in Craiova, Tufănele street no. 1, Dolj county, open competitive auction with outcry for the sale of the 19.454% stake in the share capital, owned by Infinity Capital Investments S.A. at Biroul de Investiţii Regional Oltenia IFN S.A., respectively 272,411 shares at the minimum starting price of 1,600,000 lei.

The sale is made for the participation in its entirety, i.e. for all the shares held by Infinity Capital Investments S.A. in the share capital of Biroul de Investiții Regional Oltenia IFN S.A., not individually or fractionally.

Romanian or foreign natural and/or legal persons can present themselves at the auction meeting who prove that they meet the requirements set out in the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the auction.
