Communiqué – details regarding the presentation of financial results from the 3 rd quarter of 2017

The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the interested investor public that investitor on 15 November 2017 it will organise the presentation of financial results from the 3rd quarter of 2017.

The reunion will take place at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Boulevard Poligrafiei 1, Bucharest, 013704 - Magnolia Room on 15 November 2017, beginning with 11:30 h.

Participants registration will begin at 11:00 h. The .pdf format presentation will be available on 15 November 2017 on the Company's internet page, namely www.transelectrica.ro, section Investitors Relations / Periodical Reporting / Reports / 2017 Reports.
