IMPORTANT EVENT TO BE REPORTED: Sell assets

At the meeting of the Board of SC Sinteza SA dated 23.10.2017, the Board approved the signing of the sale-purchase promise of the asset located in Borsului str. 19D, Oradea, owned by SC Sinteza S.A. It is estimated that the transfer of the property will be made on March 31, 2018, for the amount of 650,000 Euro.

The transaction will represent a substantial asset disposal, exceeding 10% of the net turnover of Sinteza SA's latest annual financial statements, and will have a positive effect on the financial result and the cash flow for the year 2018.
