The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors about its signing a contract with Hidroelectrica SA amounting to more than 50,000 Euro.

Parties:	CNTEE Transelectrica SA - in capacity of purchaser; Hidroelectrica SA - in capacity of seller;
Contractual object:	Electricity procurement for CPT (losses) on the PCCB-LE (Bilateral Electricity Trading Contracts Market);
Estimated amount:	2,118,417.25 Lei, VAT free;
Guarantees:	None;
Penalties:	The level of penalty interest rates corresponds as percentage to the interest owed for failure to pay in due time the liabilities to the state budget, for each day of delay;
Mutual liabilities:	None;
Terms of payment:	The outstanding term of monthly invoices (advanced billing): 3 weekdays before the beginning of the contractual month, at the latest.

This Agreement was concluded in order to comply with the provisions of ANRE Order 48/22.06.2017 approving the average tariff for transmission services, the transmission rate components of electricity injection in the grid (TG) and electricity taking out of the grid (TL), the tariff of system services and the regulated price for reactive electricity charged by the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA.
