The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the interested public that Mr Constantin SARAGEA, provisional Directorate member designated on 08 June 2018 by the Supervisory Board under Decision 58/2018, has signed the mandate acceptance statement on 14 June 2018, his appointment becoming effective as of the date of this communiqué.

The mandate is granted for the time period remaining until expiry of the mandate of Directorate members in office, namely until 16 July 2018.
