OMV Petrom announces the appointment of Christoph Trentini as interim member of the Supervisory Board, following Hans - Peter Floren's waiver of the mandate as member of the Supervisory Board.

In accordance with art. 17.4 of OMV Petrom S.A.'s Articles of Association., Christoph Trentini was appointed as interim member of the Supervisory Board starting January 9, 2015 until the next General Meeting of Shareholders.

Christoph Trentini (46) is currently Senior VicePresident and Group controller of OMV Aktiengesellschaft. He joined OMV in 2004, as Senior VicePresident responsible for Finance & Services -Refining & Marketing GmbH. Previously he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Pipelife Group, a Joint Venture of Solvay SA and Wienerberger AG. Christoph Trentini graduated the University of Innsbruck, Austria, holding a degree in Business Administration and a Senior Executive Program at Stanford GSB, USA.

OMV Petrom anunta numirea in functia de membru interimar al Consiliului de Supraveghere a lui Christoph Trentini, ca urmare a renuntarii lui Hans Peter Floren la mandatul de membru al Consiliului de Supraveghere.

In conformitate cu prevederile art. 17.4 din Actul Constitutiv al OMV Petrom S.A., Christoph Trentini a fost numit membru interimar al Consiliului de Supraveghere, incepand cu data de 9 ianuarie 2015 pana la urmatoarea intrunire a Adunarii Generale a Actionarilor.

Christoph Trentini (46) este in prezent Senior VicePresident si. Group controller al OMV Aktiengesellschaft. El s-a alaturat OMV in 2004, ca Senior VicePresident responsabil pentru Finance & Services - Refining & Marketing GmbH. Anterior, el a detinut pozitia de Director Financiar al Pipelife Group. un Joint Venture intre Solvay SA si Wienerberger AG. Christoph Trentini a absolvit Universitatea din Innsbruck, Austria, detinand o diploma in Administrarea Afacerilor si programul Senior Executive Program al Stanford GSB. SUA.
