The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors that an addendum amounting to more than 50,000 Euros was signed with subsidiary SMART SA.

Addendum:	6/25.05.2015 to Contract C57/2012;
Parties:	CNTEE Transelectrica SA as purchaser;
	SC SMART SA as provider;
Contractual object:	Extending the contractual term by 7 months, namely from 01.06.2015 to 31.12.2015;
	Supplementing the 2015 value with 71,408,505 Lei, therefore the contractual value becomes 432,749,966 Lei;
Total value:	432,749,966 Lei, VAT free;
Securities:	The provider is obliged to constitute performance bond in quantum of 5% from the maximum addendum value, within the terms and conditions agreed in the Contract;
	All the other provisions of Contract C57/2012 that are not amended by Addendum stay valid and are further applied.
