Following the information spread in the current report sent through the capital market institutions on June 9, 2023, the National Power Transmission Company Transelectrica informs the investing public that as a result of the settlement of the arbitration request ARB-5742 Marcu Corneliu and Miu Andreea Mihaela (RO) vs. Transelectrica (RO), the Vienna Arbitral Centre by Arbitral Award has admitted claims against the Company (defendant), namely it forces the Company to pay 559,164 RON for each of them, representing non – competition compensation based on the mandate contracts to which accessories and court costs are added.
