Significant event to be reported: Communique- acquisition of the company VIMETCO TRADING S.R.L.

The company announces to investors and the interested public that it has completed the steps for integrating the sales activity in the structure of the Alro group, by completing the acquisition of the company Vimetco Trading SRL from its majority shareholder, Vimetco PLC and its subsidiary, Vimetco Management Romania.

The transaction, which was carried out at the assessed market value of Vimetco Trading, will allow Alro to improve its synergies between production and sales of finished products and also benefit from a sales and marketing team with a consolidated experience in over 10 years of activity.

As a result of the transaction, Alro becomes associated with 100% of the capital of Vimetco Trading, which since 2008 has acted mainly as agent without representation of Alro in all markets of aluminum products in the world.
