Please be informed by the present Current Report that ALUM S.A., subsidiary of ALRO S.A., concluded with the company Sierra Mineral Holdings 1 Limited, subsidiary of ALRO S.A., on the date of February 15th 2022, a new transaction, based on the bauxite purchase contract and carried out during the period November 1 st 2021 – January 31st 2022, the following transactions that, cumulatively exceed 5% of the Company's net assets as per ALRO S.A. Standalone Financial Statements related to the first 6 months of 2021, amounting to RON 50,219,273, as follows:

• Transactions of ALUM S.A., subsidiary of ALRO S.A., with the company Sierra Mineral Holdings 1 Limited, subsidiary of ALRO S.A., carried out during the period November 1 st 2021 – January 31st 2022 in total amount of RON 38,907,175.
• Details regarding the transaction concluded on February 15th 2022 by ALUM S.A., as Buyer, with Sierra Mineral Holdings 1 Limited, as Seller, containing information on the transaction date of conclusion, nature, description of its object, mutual receivables and debts are presented in Annex 3 hereto.

Details have been enclosed to this Report, as follows:

• Annex 1 Reporting of transactions carried out during November 1 st 2021 – January 31st 2022;
• Annex 2 Reporting of contracts related to the transactions in Annex 1;

• Annex 3 - Reporting of the transaction concluded on 15th February 2022 and of mutual debts and receivables (balances) as of January 31st 2022.
