SC U.C.M. Resita S.A. informs the general public about the fact that on 11.03.2024 it was authenticated under no. 210 the contract of sale - purchase of the business, concluded between U.C.M. Reșița S.A., as the seller and Uzina de Construcții Mașini Hidroenergetice S.R.L., as the buyer, according the contract, the Seller sold and transferred, and the Buyer bought and received the Business related to the ABC Industrial Platform and partial of the Câlnicel Industrial Platform, namely the economic activity consisting in the manufacturing and the sales of hydro aggregates and auxiliary equipment, as well as the provision of rehabilitation and improvement services, specialized engineering and technical assistance in this field, carried out by the Seller in connection with the Transaction Scope, including the assets included in the Transaction Scope.

The total price, exclusive the VAT, paid for the transfer of the business and all the goods included in the Perimeter of the transaction, is 67,879,000 lei.
