In addition to the current report disseminated on January 06, 2023, the National Power Grid "Transelectrica" SA informs the shareholders and interested persons regarding the fact that the request for arbitration ARB- 5706 of Mr. Cătălin Nițu, former member of the Directorate, revoked by Supervisory Board Decision no. 25/25.06.2021, the Vienna Arbitration Center ruled on 12.04.2023 through an Arbitration Decision according to which it admitted the claim made by the plaintiff and obliged the Company to pay the sum of 559,164 lei (main), representing noncompetition compensation, according to art. 5.2.3 and 9.1 of the Mandate Contract no. C444/23.11.2020, gross amount to which accessories and court costs are added.

The arbitral award is final and binding.
