Transelectrica informs the shareholders and the interested people about the hour, when the shareholders'general ordinary assembly convened for June 07, 2023 – first convocation and/or June 21, 2023 - second convocation, will be held by the shareholder Sava Cătălin, person authorized by the Court of Bucharest through the conclusion ruled by the Bucharest Court, Civil Section VI in file no. 7925/3/2023 on 28.03.2023, as being 10:00h.
