Proposal for distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2023

During the meeting held on 27.03.2024 for the approval of the financial statements for 2023, the Board of Directors of Turbomecanica SA decided to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2023 as follows:

1. The net profit of 2023, amounting to 11,146,661 lei, will be distributed on the following destinations:

a)	Distribution of dividends in total gross value, of representing a gross value per share of: 0.024361032 lei/share	9,000,000 lei
b)	Profit not distributed to other destinations representing its own source of financing investments;	2,146,661 lei,

It is also proposed that the dividend payment term be a maximum of 6 months from the date of their approval, according to the legal provisions
