S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. informs invesors that the Board of Administration of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. met on 03.08.2020 decided to co-opting of Mr. Bălună Radu - Nicolae economist, in the capacity temporary administrator.

The temporary administrator co-opted will exercise the duties corresponding to the position of administrator after issuing the approval by A.S.F. and registration with the Office of Trade Register, with the mandate until the next OGSM of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. but not later than the end of the mandate of the others administrators being in the position.
