ORSOVA SHIPYARD S.A., in accordance with the provisions of art.234 par. (1) letter (i) of the FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, informs the shareholders and all those interested in the fact that the company has concluded a contract for the construction and delivery of a river ship, in connection with which the following specifications are made:

• Nature acts concluded: commercial contracts;
• Closing date: 06.12.2022;
• Buyer: BLACK SEA OFFSHORE CENTRE COMPANY (Romania);
• Object contracts: commercial contract for the construction and delivery of a non-propelled pontoon technical river vessel;
• The total value of the contracts: 1,550,000 EURO + VAT;;
• Delivery terms: 01.04.2023;
• Terms and conditions of payment: advance from the contract value, and the rest of the payment, after the ship's arrival at the place of delivery.
