The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica has elaborated summons to court, action that is subject to the following file:

File no. 28740/3/2022, litigation pending before Bucharest Tribunal, Civil Section VI between Transelectrica as complainant and IVAN Ștefan Valeriu (ex-member of SB) as defendant, action having as subject 'claims', substance procedural stage. Currently this cause is in the regularization procedure, the first term of trial shall be given later.

This legal action has been initiated to 'elaborate the necessary actions for the recovery of the established damage' as a result of the measures ordered by the Court of Account of Romania through Decision no. 15/2020 and approved by the shareholders through SGOA Decision no. 6/18.08.2022
