Santierul Naval Orsova S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that in the file 2742/101/2020, pending before the Mehedinti Court, in contradiction with the plaintiff Fercala Mihai, having as object claims for the payment of 531,210 lei representing damages for revocation from the position of administrator and payment of legal interest at the amount of 531,210 lei starting with 02.10.2020 until the date of effective payment, the court rejects the request for summons. Obliges the plaintiff to pay to the Orsova Shipyard the amount of 21,331 lei as court costs. With an appeal.
